TERMS: Goods will be dispatched upon settlement of a pro-forma invoice or cash on delivery unless an approved credit account is in place. If such an account exists, payment terms are established between your company and A&A Wines at the time of account opening. These terms may vary but are typically 15-30 days from the invoice date. Interest may be charged at 2% per month on any unpaid balance within the agreed credit period. We reserve the right to withhold further orders if the account is overdue. A £15 charge may be applied if a payment is dishonoured upon first presentation. Additionally, we reserve the right to recover any legal and/or other expenses incurred in collecting debt if payment is not made within the agreed credit period. Our preferred payment method is setting up a direct debit via the Go Cardless payment facility, allowing customers 30 days of credit and the option to choose a preferred payment collection date in the following month, effectively extending the credit period beyond 30 days.

PRICES Wine Prices are quoted ex VAT and for 75cl bottles unless stated otherwise. Food VAT zero rated unless specified. All orders are accepted subject to availability.  Prices are subject to the ruling prices at time of dispatch and are subject to revision without prior notice.  Where two prices are quoted for wine, the first is for 1 to 9 cases, the second for 10+ cases.
